Playa De Oro: Doing Things Right!
|
Playa de Oro is a 64 acre subdivision that has 260 residential and four commercial lots. The development has a natural gentle slope from Highway 5 on the west to the Sea of Cortez on the east. Subsequently, each lot has an unbelievably gorgeous sea vista. Our commercial center, market, deli and cantina flank the highway leaving the residential section and private beach access truly for owners only! The development with underground electric and city water completed this year has all the subdivision approvals necessary to legally sell property in Mexico. Documents are available for viewing in our offices at Playa de Oro. The septic system is completely government approved, and being environmentally friendly, meets a major objective of Playa de Oro - to be an ecologically-responsible development. Only opened for sales since February 2002, the project is now over one-third sold out. We are anticipating this self-contained subdivision will sell even more rapidly this season as the 62' lap pool, 43' designer swimming pool, 10-man hot tub, and bar and cantina are completed. (Slated for December 2003 and currently on schedule.)
We have construction management and licensed contractors ready to build on-site custom homes. Want a turn-key home? We can provide that option also. Sundance, the first San Felipe American-style convenience store, deli and bakery, Internet access and a MailBox postal service are a big hit. You would be hard-pressed to find a better deli/bakery anywhere! WARNING: Sticky Buns come hot out of the oven at 7AM sharp. These are some of the services offered in our onsite shopping mall and more will be offered as the third commercial building finishes construction. |
Lot sizes range from 5,000 to 9,000+ sq ft.. and are priced from the $40,000's. Seller financing is available making it affordable for most every budget.(oac) |
