Ed and Gail’s home (upper left) and Jerry and Sue’s place (upper right) have been recently completed and are truly magnificent. There are now 14 homes in one stage of construction or another.

Med-Care Ambulance service has rented a space for a satellite office from Playa de Oro. Karen Parkman welcomes them aboard. This is an added benefit to our owners and public concessions in the event of serious accident or illness. Help is close at hand!

While arches and shading are yet to be completed, the commercial center, being painted a bright red with blue trim, now has: a professional property management office, ambulance headquarters, the Playa de Oro Sales Office, and commitments for an acclaimed Artist’s art center (March), hardware and building center (March), gift shop (June), Dentist, and soon to come administration offices. We say goodbye to the Sand Car operation. Its owners, Chuck and Maria, had an offer they just couldn’t refuse in the U.S. Best of luck to them and when they finally do retire, we hope to see them again at Playa de Oro.
